I have chosen to spend some time in nature to rejuvenate before I attempt another busy week. I am standing by marshes and there are geese and birds getting ready for their journey south. Nature always provides me with great analogies and lessons, if I stop long enough to observe.
One of the lessons that I am reminded of on my walk is the concept of teamwork. These birds are not headed south on their own; they are doing so in groups. They each take their turn to lead. One by one, they support one another and there is a kind of encouragement.
