Studies and for many personal experience has shown that heart attacks are one of the most dangerous things that can happen to a person. Women are more prone to heart attacks and dying as a result that are men. Having a negative mental attitude can actually increase your chances of having a heart attack. Constant worrying has a deteriorating impact on your heart.

So who will having a negative mental attitude affect your heart in a negative way?

Studies completed at the University of Kentucky have shown that patients who showed consistent negative thought patterns were at a higher risk of developing mental illness and or depression. Patients who have both heart issues and depression are at a greater risk of death.

Negative thinking will increase the levels of stress hormones which will inhibit your ability to heal and stay healthy. When you are focused on your poor health it is more difficult to live a life that is fulfilling. Being negative becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. From a symbolic standpoint, the heart is the focus of our ability to love. When we are negative and refuse to give love, we in many ways cause damage to our physical heart.

When we employ positive thinking, we are better able to allow our heart to remain healthy. When we talk about positive thinking we are not just thinking about ourselves from a selfish standpoint but also about others. We should want what is best for all. Having good things happen to you does not means something bad has to happen to someone else. There is an attitude of abundance that goes with positive thinking. This approach will help you reach a place of mental peace and a feeling of satisfaction.

Ways to think Positive.

Becoming a person that thinks positive will take effort and focus. Our minds have been trained to move towards the negative. This means that when you begin to think negative you will have to force your mind towards the positive. Here are some tips to help you make that change.

1. Focus on avoiding negative thinking and thoughts – When you realize you are thinking negative thoughts say “Stop” or “No” out loud. This will help your mind stop what it is doing. Then move towards the opposite of what you were thinking. Think of the ways that the situation can actually work not failure.

2. Use positive affirmations daily – There are many lists on the internet of positive affirmations. Find some that work for you and fit the areas that you want to change. Say them at least once per day. Your mind will begin to rewire itself. Here are some examples:

I love who I am and I appreciate the person that is me.

I feel comfortable and safe in expressing my feelings.

I am deserving of giving and receiving love.

I know that life will always bring the best to me for me.

I attract only loving and kind people into my life.

3. Stay busy – When we keep ourselves occupied we do not have time to worry about what can go wrong. We are too busy making things happen. As you accomplish things you will realize that you enjoy getting things done more than worrying.

4. Stay physically active – When you take the time to get out and enjoy the sunshine you will feel better. Exercise helps release chemicals that occur naturally in our bodies that help us feel better.

Attitude in Positive Thinking and Self Talk

Research has shown the value of Positive Thinking And Self Talk. This article reviews those concepts. There are additional resources at the end of this post.

Applied Creative Evolution Attitude in Positive Thinking and Self Talk

Applied Creative Evolution Attitude in Positive Thinking and Self Talk

To achieve success we need to have a positive attitude. We can achieve this by using positive thinking and self-talk. People who succeed need to think positive and tell themselves that they can do it.

Being positive and telling yourself that you can do something like reaching that big dream you have for the future will change your attitude and make those dreams come true. Tell yourself that you can do it instead of thinking negative and let your self-think that the dream is too big you’ll never make it that far. This is called affirmatives, which bring nice rewards.

If we think about negative things, our mind will talk us right out of doing something especially if it seems scary. Don’ pay attention to those negative notions; jump in there by thinking positive, like “I can do this.”

Our attitudes depend on how we are thinking.  If we think negative thoughts, we will be unhappy making our attitude stinks. When we are happy, thinking positive things, our attitude will be happy and we in turn can be happier around others as well as ourselves.  We have to be happy with our self in order to have a good attitude on life.

Find out why you are holding a grudge about something. Think about how you got this rotten attitude and what can you do to change how you feel. Make a list of all the things that made you angry and what made you angry with yourself. Now prioritize the list with the worst one on top and work your way down until the bottom is the most less that bothers you.

Now make some suggestions on how to eliminate this list in order for you to like yourself and those around you. Changing is not going to be easy and some people might make fun of you or get mad but do what you have to do in order to change your attitude from being negative to positive.

You can’t have a positive thinking and self talk if you’re not happy with yourself. Think positive and tell yourself you are going to make these changes in order to be the kind of person in your dreams.

If you haven’t already made of list of dreams and goals, you want than do that right now.  Make your list of dreams and goals that you really have to work for in order to achieve them. When you are writing you may be thinking negative things like “I’ll never be able to get this dream” but you can by changing your attitude on life and using your power of positive thinking and self-talk.

Feel like a new person with an attitude adjustment; remember that if your thinking negative than that is how you’re going to feel. Positive thinking and self-talk will make you think happy giving you better health as well.

Think happy things by positive thinking will get you a long ways towards your goals for the future.

Relieving stress by thinking positive things will help you prevent health problems. Stress can and will cause you high blood pressure, heart diseases, strokes and high cholesterol.  Start relieving stress with positive thinking and self-talk.

Tell yourself that you’re going to be a happy person today. Everyday you’re going to learn to smile more, learn a new skill, and do something positive for yourself.  These and many others thinking positive will help relieve stress and help to putting your life on track with better health.

The Truth Behind Self Improvement And Personal Coaching

Personal Coaching

Let’s look at an understanding for personal coaching. Today, you will find that more and more people ‘re going in for personal coaching programs, so that they can tackle challenges and problems inside their personal and professional lives with better performance.

Personal Coaching

Personal Coaching Helps Self Improvement

The fundamental concept of personal coaching are self improvement PLR. Your own coach seeks to produce a person’s life better through specialised skills and techniques. There are a myriad of coaching programmes on the market, but the basic principle of self improvement MRR stays the same across all programmes.

Identifying Using the Appropriate Coaching Procedure

Whenever a personal coaching programme is being considered, a certain procedure is followed. The first step in the process is a personal interview involving the coach and his awesome client. This in-depth exchange of knowledge makes the situation clear. The agreed objectives are identified and discussed, and options for achieving them mapped out by both client and his personal coach.

Along the way of the personal coaching, the customer has to commit himself to achieving certain objectives that can help him attain his final goal, while bringing out the best in himself and exploiting his or her own potential.

Evolving With Self Improvement RR

The operation of self improvement occurs while the personal coaching is being conducted. Personal coaching programmes may be extended if that’s the case required – an assessment will be undertaken and goals redefined or new goals established. This kind of assessment is very useful for the learner who will gain an insight into himself and his awesome behaviour and hang up him on the path to self-improvement.

While someone is certainly going through a personal coaching programme, he’ll certainly learn a lot about himself, his behaviour, attitudes, reaction, strengths and shortcomings. He will learn to analyse himself and take the first step towards self-improvement – without it kind of study and understanding, self-improvement isn’t likely.

His intends to reach his goals will succeed better if they are based on detailed self-knowledge, as well as the process of self-improvement energized and thrust forward. Every individual are experiencing noticeable self-improvement, as he applies his knowledge about himself, realizing when they have to make changes and where he can do things inside a better, far better way.

Effective Communication through Coaching

Most personal coaching programmes handle clients in a specific way, following a specific procedure. Clear channels of communication which are necessary for the non-public coaching process have established yourself. Methodologies and methods are discussed and chosen, and a rapport starts to be create between the client and his personal coach. The different ways in which the client can achieve his objective are identified, as well as the best ways to fix problems and meet challenges are decided upon. Feedback is a vital component of the personal coaching process then one of the most basic steps towards self-improvement.

Mom is a pastor who has a ministry that primarily deals with helping to feed, clothe and provide life coaching

for anyone in need. This is a neighborhood outreach. All funding has been provided by her and the family. She recently has become incorporated and was issued an EIN number. She also is operating the outreach from her home. She has converted her ENTIRE home to the ministry. Her home is filled with the most beautiful, abstract and yet spiritually inspired artwork all thru out the premises, even the ceilings. She is not an artist, yet theses paintings were all done by her. They ARE art gallery worthy. My question is: any ideas on how she can use her incorporation/ein status to open her facility as a gallery to draw more income for the outreach? She’s thinking of having it open to the public for walk thru’s, but how to get started? How to advertise? How to solicit support? How many channels will she need to go through?

Contact the media. You can call your local tv station or go on their website and email their anchors, esp. those that do on location types of things. Write them a consice letter that gets the point across – make it as interesting and community oriented as you can.

Make press releases and find all of the individuals that handle art events in the local publications. These are posted in the art sections of many local newspapers and magazines. You may have to get these out early to the publications that come out monthly. They have to get their info pretty early on in the previous month before publication.

Make fliers for the shops in your area to post on the doors, esp. coffee shops, bookstores, and cafes. See if you can get people to donate to the event in exchange for publicity. So maybe the local print shop can donate the cost of printing the fliers. If she is a not for profit, they can get a tax write-off.

Those are some things she can try that won’t cost much.
