8-16-2010 Just finished an hour long killer workout with the punching bag and weights, feel great and gaining strength every day.
I’m just using this page as my personal motivation to try to get my physical & mental strength back up to what it was before finding out about my cancer. Daily pics and posts of myself help motivate me to keep going and try harder each time out, hope you understand and enjoy the page!

I am a Stage IV Colon Cancer Survivor! After 3 surgeries, a month of radiation treatments & a year of chemotherapy which included wearing a chemo pack that plugged into a port in my chest with a tube that extended from the port up into my neck, I am hopefully cancer-free as of May 2008. The cancer had spread outside of my colon-wall to nearby lymph nodes as well and 15-inches of my colon had to be removed. I am back to 100% healthy with no problems related thanks to the care of Dr. Lee here in Columbus who saved my life! Had I waited any longer before finally going to the doctor I wouldnt be here, I was just weeks away from the cancer reaching major organs after it had made its way thru my colon wall. My odds of surviving 5-years past my cancer detection date for Stage IV colon cancer are only 10% BUT most that have this type of cancer are in their 50′s or older and I am just WAY too busy now days to let cancer take me down! ————————————

Some pics and videos added in a few to my Muay Thai & Ju Jitsu page
